Information we process
Information you provide. When you email us, we process your address and message. The planner no longer requires an email address. Earlier planner application records remain subject to the retention terms below.
Information generated by a visit. Cloudflare may record your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device type, and referring page in server logs. We separately record affiliate-link clicks, planner requests and opens, calculator completions, the relevant page, and UTM attribution. These first-party events do not store raw IP addresses or browser identifiers.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, or national identification numbers. The site is not directed at children under 14.
Why we process it
We use this information to serve the site, manage earlier planner application records, handle enquiries and corrections, respond to abuse, measure content and affiliate-link use, and display advertising. We do not send promotional email to planner applicants or sell personal information.
Third-party advertising and Google
This site may display advertising from Google and other third-party vendors.
- Vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites.
- Personalized ads can be disabled in Google Ads Settings.
- Participating vendors can be disabled through aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative.

Processors and international transfers
We use the following services to operate the site and display advertising. Information may be processed on servers outside your country.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, delivery, and access logs. United States and data centers worldwide.
- Google LLC — advertising delivery and measurement. United States.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for one year after resolution. Planner emails and consent records are kept until withdrawal or for up to two years after the last use. Conversion events are kept for up to two years. Server logs normally rotate within 30 days. Verified deletion requests are handled regardless of these periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. Send requests to support@rs-aidesk.uk; we verify the request and report the result.
Security
The site uses HTTPS throughout. Administrative functions require authenticated access, and email content is handled only to the extent needed to resolve the request.

This policy does not apply to external websites, including provider documents linked from our articles. Each external site is governed by its own policy.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the law or service changes. The date on this page is updated whenever the policy changes, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
